Age at Work
Age at work is a decade by decade analysis of people's experiences, motivations and attitudes towards age and work. The findings are based on focus groups, in-depth and telephone interviews among nearly 1700 people and cross referenced with the Labour Force Survey. This is an invaluable resource for employers who need to understand their workforce.

Attitude Not Age
Attitude not Age reveals that there are four different types of worker whose responses to questions about work, working for longer, expectation of retirement and pension provision vary. By understanding what motivates people at work, employers can not only improve people's working lives but may also be able to influence people's retirement decisions. This report suggests the current 'one-size-fits-all' approach, to tackle working for longer and retirement, is ineffective.
